Queen’s Diamond Jubilee badges available from Snowgum or your local Scouting retailer!
To celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee of 60 years as a British Monarch, the Chief Commissioner of Australia has approved the usage of a special badge, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee badge, to mark the event. Badges will be available from Snowgum or your local Scouting retailer at a cost of $2 including GST from 1 June.
This badge has been designed so it can be worn on the uniform on the right breast of the shirt, provided there is no other badge in that location. It can also be used as a blanket badge. Check with your Branch to ensure where they are permitting the badge to be worn.
So what are you waiting for? Buy your badge now and 'be prepared' for the a weekend of celebration to mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
